Florence’s welcoming classes combine heat-generating vinyasa flow with healing restorative yoga. Each class focuses on finding presence, balance and awareness of the breath, mind and body.
Florence’s teaching emphasizes finding safe alignment and offering options for every ability, from people who have never stepped on a yoga mat before to experienced practitioners. Flexibility may come through the journey of this practice but is absolutely NOT a requirement to attend!

Florence began practising yoga fourteen years ago.
Wishing to be able to share this transformational practise with others, Florence completed
